  21.      I had the same problem. I traced the network flow with a TCP/IP
  22. analyzer, and I found the following results about the TELNET terminal
  23. negotiation process:

  101. I think the problem arises when the remote host uses any of the TELNET 
  102. options (like [Will Use]) for parameter negotiation, and the client does
  103. not response. Perhaps, it would be an uncompleted implementation of TCP/IP
  104. and TELNET protocols in both the client and the host.

  111. You can not do anything, at this moment (or use a version of WinQVT,
  112. that does not use WinSocket).
